Viera Staff

Mary Ellen joined The Viera Company in 1990 and has been promoted multiple times over her 29 years with the team developing the community you see today. Her primary responsibilities include directing land development activities for assigned projects and overseeing subdivision development and infrastructure construction projects under the
purview of the Real Estate Group.

Mary Ellen started as a project assistant and was promoted to Project Coordinator, Project Director and then finally to her current position as the Director of Land Development.

Mary Ellen lives in Cocoa Beach and enjoys spending time with her daughter, son-in-law and grandson. She also enjoys the beach, bike riding and traveling with her grandson. You may find her volunteering with The Viera Company on projects for Habitat for Humanity: Women’s Build Projects and projects with her church.
